Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 all unused goods, in a new condition, that where supplied within 14 days after the date of delivery, can be returned to us for a full refund at the customers expense.

We will arrange the collection of any items that are damaged or defective to be returned to us at our expense.

Any unused items returned in new condition, which are returned to us after 14 days, will be subject to a 25% handling & restocking charge.

Any items that are cancelled under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 must be returned to us in a new, unused condition before a refund is given. Unless the goods are returned to us as faulty or damaged, the outward delivery charge will not be refunded, and any costs incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items returned to us must be in their original packaging and be securely wrapped prior to delivery, in a similar way to how they were sent to avoid any damage of the items during transit.

If any items returned to us as unused/undamaged arrive in a damaged condition due to poor packaging, it will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and a surcharge of up to 75% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
